Spring Peeper

About Spring Peeper

Spring Peepers get their name from their call. When the Spring Peepers begin calling, it signals that spring is on its way. Spring Peepers live in plants close to the water. When it rains they form a very loud chorus. When the females lay eggs, they lay them one by one. When the tadpoles hatch, they take about 3 months to turn into frog-lets and move onto land.
