Pygmy Marmoset

About Pygmy Marmoset

Marmosets look like small monkeys with extra long tails, but they do not have grasping hands and feet. Marmosets are found only in Central and South America. The pygmy marmoset is the smallest primate anywhere in the Americas. Their fur is gray-brown which camouflages it in the branches. They feed during the day on fruit, insects, sap and sweet nectar.
