Pygmy Hippopotamus

About Pygmy Hippopotamus

The pygmy hippopotamus lives in the tropical forests of western Africa. They feed on leaves, and fruit that has fallen from trees. To escape danger, they run into water. They look like a small version of large hippos but with a few differences: Their bodies are sleeker and their mouths are narrower.
