Gray Wolf

About Gray Wolf

The gray wolf is the largest member of the dog family. They live in packs that consist of a pair of adults with several generations of their young. When wolves hunt, they work together. This allows them to prey on animals much larger than themselves. Wolves were once found throughout much of the Northern Hemisphere. But after years and years of being hunted, they are now usually only found in thick forests.
